The State level Consultations on Government Policies and Acts on the rights of children with NGOs, policy makers and Government will be organized at the state level this will provide the NGO representatives a platform share their concerns with the policy makers for suggesting necessary modifications; as well this will help the organization to raise their capacities. District level public hearing with the officials, public representatives followed by interface with the children will be organized across the 23 districts. The main purposed of the interventions to provide a platform for the children to raise their voices and concerns to the officials and public representatives to seek actions on addressing

Towards building the capacities of the organizations district level training programs on child rights and polices will be organized involving the NGOs. These training will enhance the capacities of the organization to take up the initiative in an effective mode. It will be continuous process at the district levels; the lead organizations will regularly interact and interface with the statutory bodies like Juvenile Justice Boards, Child Welfare Committees etc to take appropriate actions on the violations of the rights of the children. Round table meeting with the Media, government officials will be organized at the districts.
